The 'DEVIL-OPER'

People at work have started calling me the 'devil-upper' or 'devil-oper'...however you want to write it. I'm not sure what I do to get such a reputation. But since I can't do anything abt it, I am instead going to work on my evil laugh and the 'Grinch smile'.
Any other tips?
